It might be several days to several weeks before we are able to respond to your request for information. However, if you do not hear from us within four (4) weeks, it is possible your e-mail did not arrive and it would be wise to resend your request. Also be warned - we delete (do not open!) e-mail that has no subject line!
We can accept most types of e-mail attachments and have software to read most genealogy and graphic file formats. If you are attaching text files PLEASE convert your word processing file to plain ASCII text before attaching the file to your e-mail - Thank You.
PLEASE HELP US keep our e-mail box free of junk mail and viruses. PLEASE do not add our e-mail address to any of your e-mail groups or forward items to us from other people. We will not open any program attachment that is sent to us and we do not need to be notified of new viruses. Please do not share our e-mail address with any other web sites or send us e-cards.
