Elijah Camp, an old resident of Indian Lake, died very suddenly on April 8 of Neuralgia of the heart. He leaves a widow, two sons Samuel and Gabriel Camp, and one daughter, Mrs. Emma Mead, all of Indian Lake. The deceased was about 70 years of age and had lived in Indian Lake about 40 years. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. William Rist of Newcomb, who preached a sermon from the text, "What I say unto you, I say unto all, watch."
